Her expertise and adherence to the highest standards make her a trusted partner for all notarization requirements. With 16 years of Notary experience, Joyce brings a wealth of expertise in legal documentation and notarization processes. A Cal Poly Pomona Alumni, Joyce holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology/Criminology, reflecting her commitment to understanding social dynamics and criminal behavior. In the Non-Profit Sector, Joyce served as a Program Manager for Claire’s Place Foundation, contributing to meaningful initiatives and making a positive impact in the community.
